Trainer Academy

32-40 hours, hybrid Oisterwijk

As a trainer at Oribi Academy, you are the face of knowledge sharing. You lead both in-person and online sessions, inspiring diverse audiences with confidence and expertise. You train end users, administrators, and key users in how to use our software, with a strong focus on practical applicability. You provide training on-site in the United Kingdom (and occasionally abroad), organise user group days, and develop training materials together with colleagues from marketing, sales, and product development.

We believe it is important that you

You are an energetic and communicative trainer who feels at home in a tech-driven environment and knows how to explain complex topics clearly. You easily switch between customers, colleagues, and suppliers, and you know how to build trust.

  • You have an affinity with software, compliance, identity management, or security.
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English.
  • Are willing to travel within the Netherlands (and occasionally abroad).
  • Have strong teaching skills and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge.
  • Are independent and have a customer-oriented attitude.

It’s a plus if you:

  • Have experience with blended learning, LMS systems, or developing e-learning.
  • Are familiar with relevant legislation such as NIS2, the AI Act, or the GDPR.

Your main responsibilities

The Academy is the central hub for knowledge sharing. We share our expertise with customers, partners, and colleagues through training sessions, user group days, and digital learning resources. Our training programmes help organisations stay compliant and get the most out of our software.

Providing training sessions and analysing customer learning needs

Classroom-based, online, on-site at the customer’s location, and internationally.

Developing teaching materials

Such as manuals and e-learning modules.

Organising and providing guidance

From user group days, knowledge sessions, and internal knowledge sharing to onboarding programmes.
