TLN Meeting

"During a meeting of Transport and Logistics Netherlands (TLN), Oribi gave a presentation to the security managers present. The presentation caught my attention, and I immediately thought of our plans to renovate/relocate the booth. I actually had immediate confidence in the way IDs were checked. The facial comparison made the biggest impression on me. I briefly looked for other providers, but they weren't available, at least not at Oribi's level."

“The IDs of all drivers and visitors are checked. We make no distinction here, and we don't hide it. Visitors always have a clear view of their documents because we scan them in front of them. Some visitors sometimes ask questions. When we explain the reason for the check, they understand. We also received a privacy policy document from Oribi. This document outlines the laws and regulations regarding the processing of personal data. This helps us enormously in providing information to our visitors.”

Jan de Rijk Logistics is known for its well-organized security. "Our own staff is thoroughly screened before they join us. In addition, every driver and visitor must be registered in advance; otherwise, they will not be allowed onto the site. Oribi GuestID aligns well with our operations because it takes security to a higher level. With Oribi GuestID, the identity of unknown, often foreign, drivers is also automatically verified. This allows our security staff to focus on other tasks. This allows them to grant drivers and visitors quick and secure access to our site."
