When the latest facial comparison cameras became available in January 2024, we implemented them immediately. Since the rollout of the new cameras, we've seen significant improvements. During the renovation, we optimized the lighting above the counters, which, combined with the new cameras, has resulted in significantly better scanning results. The new, flexible Oribi cameras move with the operator, making scanning much faster and more accurate. This has not only significantly reduced processing times but also increased customer satisfaction. Customers appreciate the professional appearance of our renovated counters. The benefits are clearly noticeable.

While these training sessions are still scheduled for the fall, we are currently ensuring that new employees receive internal training. Furthermore, it is essential for our organization to use the equipment for all applications and issuances. Therefore, it is a mandatory step in our work processes.
