Smoother recruitment process with Plan4Flex
Werckpost uses the Plan4Flex recruitment module for its recruitment process. "The recruiter submits a request from a client through Plan4Flex. This request is based on the company's requirements, such as a preference for a driver's license, education, and proficiency in English," Lubbert explains. "The recruitment agents then see in the candidate overview whether there's a possible match with the vacancy. We can then see that match in the recruitment module. This eliminates a large part of the communication involved in recruiting employees, such as checking the status of the recruitment process by phone or email. In short, everything can be found in the Plan4Flex recruitment module, which reduces information loss." Once the recruitment process is complete, the employee goes to one of Werckpost's offices. There, perhaps the most important step takes place: verifying their identity. "That's an essential component, because if an employee has an invalid ID, you face hefty fines. Moreover, the company is then thoroughly vetted," says Lubbert, who sees that ExpertID from Plan4Flex partner Oribi completely eliminates that risk for Werckpost.
