Visitor registration during COVID-19
We are currently in the second wave of COVID-19 which has a major impact on all companies and organisations that have to receive visitors.
With fewer and fewer employees working on site, waiting times may increase thus slowing down the registration process. With ID-Visitor it was already possible to speed up and simplify the manned registration process and increase operational security. However, the manned solution, i.e. contact with the employee, has become difficult due to the current COVID-19 measures. In order to give your visitor the right attention in these difficult times, according to the guidelines of the RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment), ORIBI ID-Solutions has developed a renewed ID-Kiosk. ID-Kiosk is the unmanned application that processes visitor registration for citizens, customers or visitors completely independently. This makes it possible to process different visitor and customer flows with one application, which is of course ideal in relation to COVID-19.
In addition, ORIBI ID-Solutions has integrated a temperature gauge and disinfectant into the solution to comply with COVID-19 measures. The ID-Kiosk is modular and can therefore be adapted to your needs and requirements. Examples of options are face comparison and passport photo comparison, stacked biometrics and pre-notification with automatic sending of an SMS and/or e-mail to the contact person for your visit. These enable you to know who you are granting access to, even during the COVID-19 pandemic.
