The ORIBI ID-Solutions Workplace Scan

In order not to make citizens wait too long during the identification process within the municipality, documents are sometimes scanned and added to the file by another employee at a later stage. This is because the queues at the general scanners are frequently too long. ORIBI ID-Solutions considers it important to optimise this civil affairs process and remove unnecessary steps from the procedure. To this end we have developed an innovative product that you can implement within your municipality:  'The Workstation Scan'. Today, 163 workstations are operating with the ORIBI ID-Solutions application. This allows you to work error-free and efficiently. But how exactly does this process work?

For example, the employee can print out a document at his or her workstation. It is signed directly by the citizen and then scanned via the A4 scanner at the same workstation. The document is stored directly in the correct file and in the right place in the iBurgerzaken (iCivilAffairs) process. As a result, citizens and employees no longer have to wait and the document is processed quickly, efficiently and without errors.
